Essential services
Some things have to work for the site to function at all, and these do not ask permission because refusing them would simply break the page:
- Our web host and delivery network. Serving the pages, images and fonts you requested, and protecting the site from abuse and attack.
- Saving your cookie choice. Remembering what you picked here so we do not ask you again on every page.
- Our contact form. If you send us an enquiry, the form needs to work — and its anti-spam check has to run so real enquiries are not lost in junk.
- Ordering links. When you tap "Order Online", you leave this site and go to our ordering partner’s own website, which has its own cookie policy.
Where you are matters
Privacy law differs by location, and so does this site’s behaviour. When you first arrive, we make a one-time, anonymous check of your approximate region — at country and, in the United States, state level only. That lookup is not stored against you and is not used for tracking. It simply decides whether we are required to ask your permission before analytics runs. Visitors in Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and high-risk US states are asked first. Elsewhere, analytics may run from the start and you can opt out at any time using the link below.
